The higher the fat content of milk and yogurt, the greater the amount of saturated fat and cholesterol. Choose lower fat varieties.Look for chocolate milk, frozen yogurt, and ice cream on the Other Carbohydrates list.
For those who are lactose intolerant, look for lactose-reduced or lactose-free varieties of milk.Nondairy creamers are on the Fat-free or Reduced-fat Free Foods List.
 Look for rice milk on the Cereals and Grains Starch list.
 Look for soy milk on the Medium-fat Meat list.
