Raphael's Pico de Gallo
Prep: 10 min.
  • 3 roma tomatoes
  • 1/4 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1-1/2 Tbs. cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 juice of lime, squeezed
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. fresh oregano, crushed
  • 1/4 avocado, diced

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve. You can also cover and refrigerate for up to five hours before serving.
