Caprese Salad

- 9 ounces ripe tomatoes, cut into quarters
- 1/4 lb. mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
- 2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
- 8 medium fresh basil leaves, shredded
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss. Serve with fresh bread.
