Basic Bulgur
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 20 min, plus cooling time.
- 2-2/3 cups water
- 1-1/3 cups bulgur
Bring water to a boil. Add bulgur. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand and cool for 10 minutes.
