Basic Millet
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 25 min.
  • 3-1/3 cups water
  • 1-1/3 cups millet
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add millet and salt (optional. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, or until water is absorbed. Stir with a fork and let stand for an additional 10 minutes before serving.
