Sally's Peach Bread

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 medium eggs
- 2-3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1-1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 cups sliced peaches
- 3 Tbs. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, cream butter and gradually beat in sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture along with the peach slices. Stir well. Stir in the orange juice concentrate and vanilla extract.
Transfer to a 9x13 inchloaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center of loaf. Let cool on rack 10 minutes before turning out loaf. Cool completely.
