Toasted Tomato and Cheese Sandwich

- 8 slices whole wheat bread
- 8 slices low fat cheese
- 4 tomato slices
Place half of the bread slices on lightly greased 9x13 inch baking pans. Top each slice with one slice cheese, one slice tomato, and one slice cheese. Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool before serving.
