Chimichurri Sauce
Prep: 10 min, plus refrigeration time.
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 shallots or green onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. fresh oregano, marjoram or basil leaves, minced
Place all ingredients in a food processor and mince well. Refrigerate for two hours before serving.
