Mango Banana Smoothie
Prep: 5 min, plus freezing time.
- 5 cups fresh mango, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Freeze mango chunks until firm (about 1 hour). Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
