Orange Vanilla Yogurt Shake

- 2 cups lowfat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1/4 cup wheat germ or unprocessed bran
- 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. sugar, or sugar-substitute
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
