Microwave Dark Chocolate Fudge
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min, plus chilling time.
  • 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1-2/3 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine chips with sweetened condensed milk, and salt in a microwave-safe container. Cook on high power for about 3 minutes, or until chips melt, stirring halfway through.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly into aluminum-foil lined 8 inch square pan. Chill 2 hours, or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
