Yogurt Fruit Dip
Prep: 10 min, plus chilling time.
- 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
- 3 ounces canned peaches, drained and cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbs. applesauce
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl or food processor. Chill before serving.
