Yogurt Fruit Dip
Prep: 10 min, plus chilling time.
  • 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
  • 3 ounces canned peaches, drained and cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbs. applesauce
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl or food processor. Chill before serving.
