Pineapple Chutney
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min, plus chilling time.
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Granny Smith apples, finely chopped
- 3 Tbs. sugar
- 2 Tbs. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbs. onions, minced
- 1 tsp. mustard seeds
- 1 tsp. garam masala, or other curry powder
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer, stirring constantly, for 5-7 minutes. Chill before serving.
