Smoked Salmon Muffins with Herb Cheese

- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup green onions, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 English muffins, split and toasted
- 4 slices lox or smoked salmon
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Spread on each muffin half. Top with salmon.
