Spicy Pomegranate Relish

  • 1-1/2 cups pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped sweet onions
  • 1-1/2 Tbs. finely chopped green jalapeño pepper
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Gently fold together pomegranate seeds and remaining ingredients.
