Dessert Pizza
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 1 10-ounce canned refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, or cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 lb. canned sliced peaches, drained and chopped
  • 3 Tbs. soft brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 300°F. Place pizza crust on skillet or baking pan. Top with cheese and then with peaches. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon and then sprinkle on top of pizza. Cover and bake for 7-9 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
