Microwave Quick Baked Apples
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.
  • 4 medium to large apples, cored and sliced
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon sugar, optional

Arrange apples in dish or bowl. Microwave on High for 2-3 minutes, or until apples are soft. Remove and top with cinnamon sugar if desired.
