Soy Kick Smoothie

- 6 cups ice
- 4 cups soy milk, or vanilla soy milk
- 2 cups cut-up strawberries
- 1-1/3 cups firm tofu
- 1-1/3 cups chocolate syrup
- 8 medium ripe bananas, sliced
- 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. dry instant coffee, or coffee substitute
- 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
