Cajun Duck Breast
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 20 min.
  • 2-1/2 duck breast fillets

Preheat oven to 450°F. Score the duck fat in a crisscross pattern. Heat a large sauté pan. Place duck breasts skin side down. Render duck breast in own fat approximately 1-3 minutes. Place in oven and bake until internal temperature is 160°F. Serve with Southern Comfort Cranberry Orange Glaze.
