Pineapple and Canadian Bacon Pizza
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 15 min.
  • 1 12 inch pizza crust
  • 1-1/2 cups tomato pizza sauce
  • 6 ounces Canadian bacon
  • 3/4 lb. pineapple chunks, drained if canned
  • 1/2 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tbs. Italian herb seasoning

Preheat oven to 425°F. Place pizza crust on greased baking sheet. Bake for about 5-7 minutes, or until it just begins to brown. Add remaining ingredients to crust, spreading evenly. Bake for 6-10 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted.
