Single Guy's Baked Yam and Pineapple

- 1 lb. canned pineapple slices, drained with half the juice reserved
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 lb. canned yams, drained and mashed
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup mini marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place pineapple slices in a glass baking dish. Top with nuts and then with yams. Cream the butter, sugar, and ground cinnamon. Crumble over the yams. Add reserved pineapple juice. Bake for about 40-45 minutes. Remove from oven and add marshmallows. Bake for another 5 minutes, or until marshmallows turn brown.
