Single Guy's Pizza
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 15 min.
  • 1 12 inch pizza crust
  • 1/4 cup plus 4 Tbs. tomato pizza sauce
  • 1/4 lb. packaged Canadian bacon, precooked
  • 1/4 lb. canned pineapple chunks, drained
  • 6 ounces Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F. Top pizza crust with pizza sauce, the top with remaining ingredients. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
