Mango Chutney
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 15 min, plus cooling time.
  • 1 large mango, peeled, pitted, and cut into chunks
  • 2/3 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. cardamom seeds

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
