Salmon Paté
Prep: 10 min, plus chilling time.
- 3/4 lb. smoked salmon
- 1/2 lb. unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbs. fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
Place salmon in a food processor and chop to a paste. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving with crackers, bread, etc.
