Homemade Indian Chapatis
Prep: 15 min.
  • 2/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let sit for 20 minutes before using. Pinch off part of the dough to make a 1-1/2 inch-wide ball. Roll flat on a lightly floured surface until it becomes thin. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned and puffed. Serve.
