Indian Cardamom Lassi
Prep: 5 min.
  • 2 cups water
  • 5 cardamom seed pods, crushed
  • 1 quart plus 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbs. sugar, or to taste
  • 1-1/2 tsp. rosewater
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve. You can adjust water and yogurt amounts to make a thicker of thinner drink as desired.
