Egg Fu Yung Sauce

- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup water
- 3-1/2 Tbs. flour
- 1 Tbs. soy sauce or tamari
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ketchup
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat until boiling and thick.
