Cold Fruit Soup
Prep: 10 min.
  • 3 cups fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 1/4 lb. cut-up fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 lb. cut-up melon
  • 1 cut-up banana
  • 1 cut-up fresh peach
  • 2 tsp. sugar (optional)
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. fresh mint (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Serve.
