Watermelon Canapes

- 8 watermelon rectangles, about 1-1/2 inch by 3 inch by 3/4 inch
- 2/3 cup tapenade or black olive paste
- 1/4 lb. herbed goat cheese, crumbled
Place the watermelon rectangles close together in a tight row on a work surface or a piece of waxed paper. Spread the tops of the watermelon slices evenly with the tapenade. Sprinkle the goat cheese over the tapenade. Arrange the canapes on a serving tray.
