Spanish Mayonnaise

Prep: 5 min, Marinate: 30 min.
- 3/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1-1/2 Tbs. chili sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped ripe olives
In a blender container, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, and parsley flakes. Cover and process on Blend for 30 seconds. Add olives. Re-cover and process on Chop for 10 seconds. Spoon mixture into container. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving. Spread on your favorite sandwich! Goes well with beef. One serving is about 3 Tbs..
