Chilled Strawberry Soup
Prep: 5 min, plus chilling time.
- 8 cups strawberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar, or to taste
Process strawberries in a food processor. Pour into a large bowl; add water and sugar to taste. Chill and serve.
