Microwave Breakfast Cobbler
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.
  • 1 lb. canned sliced peaches, drained
  • 2 cups canned pear halves
  • 6 ounces pitted prunes, halved
  • 1 tsp. grated orange peel
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1-1/2 cups low fat granola cereal

Place peaches, pears, prunes, orange peel, and orange juice in a shallow microwave bowl. Top with granola. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes and serve.
