Springtime Cereal
Prep: 5 min.
  • 1-1/2 cups natural wheat and barley cereal
  • 1/2 cup bran cereal flakes
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. toasted almonds
  • 2 Tbs. dark raisins
  • 1 cup sliced bananas
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups lowfat strawberry yogurt, or raspeberry yogurt

Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Add the raisins, bananas, and strawberries. Stir in the yogurt and serve.
