Onion Dip

- 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup scallions, or green onions, finely chopped
Combine cottage cheese and lemon juice and blend in the blender. Add scallions/green onions, and stir.
Suggestion: For dipping, provide each person with 1/2 cup of blanched vegetables for dipping.
