Driscoll’s Blackberry Mint Iced Tea
Prep: 10 min, plus chilling time.
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 5 tea bags
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves, crushed, plus additional for garnish
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 6 ounces Driscoll's blackberries, rinsed, plus additional for garnish

Pour boiling water over tea bags and crushed mint. Let steep for at least 10 minutes. Strain out mint; stir in sugar. Puree blackberries in food processor; strain out seeds. Stir blackberry puree into tea. Taste and adjust sugar level, if necessary. Chill until serving. Garnish each glass with mint leaf and two to three whole blackberries.
