Pour boiling water over tea bags and crushed mint. Let steep for at least 10 minutes. Strain out mint; stir in sugar. Puree blackberries in food processor; strain out seeds. Stir blackberry puree into tea. Taste and adjust sugar level, if necessary. Chill until serving. Garnish each glass with mint leaf and two to three whole blackberries. This recipe serves 8 people.
