Blueberries in Orange & Almond Glaze
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 5 min.
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 2 cups Driscoll's blueberries
  • 1 Tbs. sliced toasted almonds

Place first three ingredients in small saucepan and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer several minutes until a little syrupy and reduced by half. Divide the berries between serving bowls. Pour the syrup over the berries and garnish with the almonds. Serve immediately.
