Instant Berry Mini Tart

  • 8 vanilla cream-filled or chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1-1/4 lbs. Driscoll's strawberries, or raspberries
  • 1 tsp. confectioner's sugar, optional

Separate the two halves of a cookie. Both halves should have some of the cream filling on them. Stand the berries on the cream. Sift 10x confectioner's sugar over top if desired. Four half-cookies with berry top per serving.
