Easy Strawberry Bread
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 1:00.
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 12 Driscoll's strawberries, mashed with a fork

Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat the eggs and add sugar, oil, and vanilla. Sift together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Fold in the mashed strawberries. Pour into greased, wax paper-lined 9x4 inch by 2-1/2 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
