Strawberry Whipped Cream
Prep: 5 min.
  • 2-3/4 large Driscoll's strawberries
  • 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. heavy cream
  • 1-1/4 tsp. confectioner's sugar

Mash berries with a fork. You should have about 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. mashed berries. Set aside

Whip cream with sugar to soft peaks. Add mashed berries and continue whipping until stiff peaks. Use immediately or refrigerate one hour.
