Driscoll's Basic Sour Cream Dip

The delightful tang of sour cream is perfect with sweet Driscoll's berries. You can use light or low-fat sour cream. This dip is so easy you can keep a container on hand for spur of the moment dipping after school, between meals, morning coffee or anytime dessert!

Prep: 5 min.
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbs. sugar
  • 2 lbs. Driscoll's fresh berries

In medium bowl stir together sour cream and sugar.

Makes enough to dip 2 lbs. of berries.

Variations:

Citrus Sour Cream: To Basic Sour Cream Dip add 1/2 tsp. each grated lemon and orange zest and 1 tsp. each lemon and orange juice.

Brown Sugar Dip: Use 2 Tbs. brown sugar in place of granulated sugar in Basic Sour Cream Dip.
