Driscoll's Basic Yogurt and Cream Dip
Driscoll's sweet berries are perfect with this satiny dip. Or spoon any of the variations over blueberries, blackberries or raspberries!

- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 lbs. Driscoll's fresh berries
In medium bowl, blend whipping cream and vanilla yogurt.
Makes enough to dip 2 lbs. of berries.
Variations:
Amaretto Cream: To Basic Yogurt and Cream Dip add 2 Tbs. sifted brown sugar and 2 Tbs. Amaretto liqueur.
Rum Cream: To Basic Yogurt and Cream Dip add 2 Tbs. sifted brown sugar and 2 Tbs. rum.
Orange Cream: To Basic Yogurt and Cream Dip add 2 Tbs. sifted brown sugar, 1 Tbs. grated orange zest and 2 Tbs. Grand Marnier liqueur OR orange juice.
Tarragon Lemon Cream: To Basic Yogurt and Cream Dip add 1 Tbs. grated lemon zest, 2 Tbs. lemon juice and 1 Tbs. finely chopped fresh tarragon leaves. Or use chopped fresh mint or any variety of basil.
This recipe serves 8 people. Due to the nature of this recipe, it adjusts the number of servings in multiples of 8 only.
