Cranberry Parfaits
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 5 min, plus freezing time.
  • 1-1/3 cups canned whole berry cranberry sauce, or homemade cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbs. Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur
  • 1-1/2 tsp. orange zest
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt

Combine first 3 ingredients in a heavy saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until heated through. Cool to room temperature. Spoon 1-1/2 Tbs. sauce into bottom of each of 4 10 ounces parfait glasses. Top with a portion of frozen yogurt. Repeat layering with sauce and frozen yogurt. Top with remaining sauce. Freeze until ready to serve.
