Hot Crab Dip
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 30 min.
  • 5 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 lb. crabmeat, drained and flaked
  • 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. green onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp. dry white wine (optional)
  • 3/4 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1-3/4 Tbs. sliced almonds
  • assorted cracker

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients, except almonds and crackers, until well blended. Spoon into a buttered 9 inch pie plate or quiche dish and sprinkle with almonds. Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with crackers.
