Raspberry Mulled Cider
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.
  • 2-2/3 cups apple cider or apple juice
  • 1/3 cup seedless red raspberry jam
  • 1-1/4 tsp. lemon juice
  • 4 cinnamon sticks, optional for garnish

Combine cider and jam in a non-reactive saucepan over medium heat. Whisk to dissolve jam and simmer until cider is warm. Stir in lemon juice. Serve in mugs with a cinnamon stick.
