Buttery Bread Buns
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 20 min, plus rising time.
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 white dinner rolls, thawed
  • 1 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Pour melted butter into a baking pan. Pull each roll to about 4 inches. Arrange in pan and roll in butter until completely coated. Sprinkle with herbs and Parmesan cheese. Cover with plastic wrap. Let rise 1-1/2 to 2 hours, or until doubled in size. Remove wrap. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 20 minutes.
