Jenna's Orange Pull Aparts
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 20 min, plus rising time.
  • 1 orange, peel grated, 2 Tbs. juice reserved
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 14 fat free white rolls, thawed and cut in half
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Combine grated orange peel and granulated sugar in a bowl. Dip thawed rolls in 1/4 cup melted butter and coat heavily with sugar mixture. Place in a greased deep 12 inch pizza pan. Drizzle with butter and sprinkle with sugar mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until doubled in size. Remove plastic wrap. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 25 minutes. Remove from pan and place on rack. Make citrus glaze by mixing together powdered sugar, 1 Tbs. melted butter and reserved juice. Glaze rolls while still warm.
