Cut rolls in half using scissors or a knife. Coat a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray and place three roll halves in each muffin tin cup. If desired, roll balls in flour first. Place a small amount of butter in between roll halves. Cover with plastic wrap coated with nonstick cooking spray and let rise 1-1/2 to 2 hours, or until doubled in size. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic wrap from rolls and bake 15-20 minutes. Immediately place rolls on a cooling rack. This recipe serves 6 people. Due to the nature of this recipe, it adjusts the number of servings in multiples of 6 only.
