Single Knot Rolls
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 15 min, plus rising time.
- 4 Texas white rolls, thawed but still cold
- 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. unsalted butter, melted
Roll and stretch each roll into a 9 inch strand. Form into the shape of a `9'. Thread long end of the 9 under and through the loop to form a knot. Arrange on a baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Let rise 1-1/2 to 2 hours, or until doubled in size. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic wrap and bake 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Immediately place on a cooling rack. Brush with melted butter.
