Orange Roll-Ups
Prep: 15 min, Cook: 15 min, plus rising time.
- 1 Tbs. orange peel, grated
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 12 white dinner rolls, thawed
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1-1/2 Tbs. orange juice
Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Flatten each roll and shape into a 3x4 inch rectangle. Put 1 teaspoon of cinnamon mixture down the middle of each flattened roll. Roll up lengthwise and arrange with seam side down on a cookie sheet that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cover with plastic wrap that has also been sprayed. Let rise 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic wrap from rolls and bake 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Combine powdered sugar and orange juice in a bowl and mix until smooth. Using a pastry brush, glaze roll-ups while still warm.
