Cinnamon Raisin Focaccia
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 15 min, plus rising time.
  • 1 loaf sweet dough, thawed until warm and bubbly
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 3 Tbs. raw sugar or white sugar

Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix raisins and cinnamon into dough. Roll dough on an oiled surface into a 12x16 inch rectangle. Place on a large cookie sheet that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Brush with oil. Let rise 30 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Use a pizza cutter to cut bread into squares.
